They want to replace the hands. I believe as the dial has the "T Swiss made T" it has Tritium hands? I don't think they make these hands anymore and will probably replace the hands with modern lume. Rumor has it that despite discontinuing the use of tritium, Rolex utilized LumiNova filled markers on a dial marked "T < 25" because they had excess stock of those dials.
